• shared-car service exclusively in the Fox Valley area (basically within Kane County)
• private car or guaranteed stretch service at your request when making your reservation
• friendly and efficient reservationists who use a state-of-the-art computerized reservation system 

• personal contact with a live dispatcher to assure prompt service

• frequent updating of airport arrivals, using the same database the FAA accesses for air traffic controllers

What's the difference between private-car and shared-car service? 

Private-car service guarantees just that...a private vehicle for your transport to and/or from an airport (a $25 fee is added to your base rate).  

Shared-car service allows us to make efficient use of our vehicles by possibly multiple loading customers who live very near each other (usually no more than ten minutes out of your way) and who have similar schedules.  If you're willing to share but we don't have anyone else who fits the criteria, you still pay the shared-car rate and save yourself $25.

Is there a limit on luggage? 

Normally if you are within the airline guidelines for luggage, we can accommodate whatever you take.  Please let us know if you have an abundance of luggage, golf clubs and/or skis as this information may affect dispatch decisions. 

If you are traveling with four or more people, please keep in mind that only the passenger compartments are stretched...not the trunks (unfortunately!).  If you have a large party and lots of luggage, you might consider:

• two vehicles...either two stretches or a stretch plus a sedan which will serve as a "chase car"  for the extra luggage
• or one of our Silver Fox Express  vans which has plenty of luggage space in the back
