We monitor your
arriving flight in order to anticipate your call within 30 minutes
of your touchdown time (or 45 minutes for international
arrivals). If you are delayed more than these times, please
call to let us know you're at the airport but still need to claim
your luggage (or whatever might delay your availability for pickup).

After claiming
luggage, call 1-800-339-3805 and let your dispatcher know what exit
door you are near. In the event of a delay in claiming luggage, please call to assure us
you have arrived,
then call again after all bags are claimed (and/or you file a claim).

The dispatcher will
then provide your driver's name, vehicle description and license number, then
promptly notify your chauffeur by Nextel radio to proceed to your
location.

|

Your
chauffeur will
meet you on the lower
level...you need to be on the safety island between the first and second lanes of traffic.

Our normal pick up
time is within 8-12 minutes of your phone call, depending on airport
congestion (the chauffeur will be waiting in or near the staging
area according to airport procedures).

What if my arriving flight is delayed?
-
If you are delayed
at your departure city more than an hour, please call just to assure
us you are on the original flight (or to let us know of a flight
number change). This will also assure you that we'll be at the
airport when you do arrive. For your convenience we provide a
nationwide toll free number: 1-800-339-3805.
- We will be updating your arrival
flight in order
to anticipate your call and have a chauffeur prepared to pick you up as
quickly as airport conditions allow.
- We realize you have
no control over weather and/or airport delays so normally we do not
charge waiting time at airports.

If I arrive late at night, or
very early in the morning, will this affect my rate?
It might. Arrival rates are quoted
when you make a reservation and are effective at the airports...
- from 6:00 am
to 10:59 pm -- regular rate
- from 11:00 pm to 5:59
am -- rate-and-a-half (base rate x 1.5)

Do you charge if I
don't show up at the airport or end up not needing a ride home?
- We will be tracking
your flight based on your pre-arranged reservation and will have a
vehicle and chauffeur standing by for you at the airport. If you do not call
within one hour of the time your flight gates, we will reschedule
your chauffeur and bill for the "no show" (at the full
fare as scheduled).
- If you cancel with
less than a two hour notice, we will also charge the full fare.

Do you meet passengers at the gate?

Due to increased security at airports, only ticketed
passengers are allowed beyond security, therefore we can no longer offer
gate meet service.
-
However, we are glad to provide additional VIP service
from the baggage claim area to the vehicle when it is
required. This service must be prearranged and an additional fee of
$60 will be added to the base fare.

What if I need to
cancel my reservation?
- Just give us a call and
let us know as soon as you know. Cancellations with
less than a two-hour notice will be billed in full.
