• Due to road construction and security at airports, we recommend the following lead times for your pickup...
  • to O'Hare -- 2 to 2.5 hours before flight
  • to Midway -- 2.5 to 3 hours before flight

• Departure rates are quoted when you make a reservation and are effective in the Fox Valley...
  • from 4:30 a.m. to 9:59 p.m. 
  • rate x 1.5 from 10:00 p.m. to to 4:29 a.m. 

• Waiting time will be charged after a 15-minute grace period at homes or offices...at $15.00 for every 15 minutes.

• Cancellations with less than two hour notice will be billed in full.
• If you are not at the pickup location as scheduled, we'll wait 30 minutes past the pickup time, then bill for the service in full.
